Ana Maria Cristina Polo Gonzalez was born in the city of Havana, Cuba. The family moved to Miami when she was two years old. Ana, who was born in Havana Cuba with her mother and father when she was 2 years old, relocated to Miami and joined them. Ana Maria Polo was born in Habana in Cuba. The present host is the host of the Telemundo Show "Caso Cerrado" which is a Spanish TV show that has been nominated by the Daytime Entertainment Emmy Award. In 2015, she was also named the top Spanish-language show at 4pm for the key demos. Polo graduated from Florida International University with a academic degree in political science. The place she was born was Havana on the 11th of April 1959. After that, she received her PhD in law at the University of Miami and practiced law for over 20 years within the City of Miami. After obtaining her PhD from the University of Miami she practiced law in Miami for more than 20 years. Polo made her first appearance on the screen in 2001 when she was part of Telemundo's Sala de Parejas. Her expertise in law was also utilized for other court-related programs.
